*One of the best things I’ve ever done for myself is seeing Tammy. I have had a lifelong fear of bridges. After moving to St. Petersburg, where there are bridges everywhere, I decided to try hypnosis. I had no experience with hypnosis, but decided I had nothing to lose. I am thrilled to tell you that, while the Sunshine Skyway is still not my favorite thing, I am no longer sobbing on the floor of the car. I can even look out!
